Place the band just above knees
Prepare yourself..... .
🍑 30 x Banded lateral side to sides.
🍑 15 1 & 1/4 banded squats.
🍑 15 banded squat jumps.
🍑 30 glute bridge.
🍑 30 bridge abductions.
🍑 30 alternating plank side toe taps.
Rest 3 mins ... 2-3 rounds 😬. .
Top tips : .
💡 I personally get tight hips and glutes , it’s important to make stretching and foam/ball rolling a priority to avoid injury if using the bands .
💡To get the best results use the bands as an add on to strength training, not in isolation.
💡Start with lower rep ranges if you are just starting out on your fitness journey .
💡I’ve used a level 1 band as this is a challenging circuit, if you are advanced move to level 2 band !.
