Overnight Apple Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl: Combine ½ cup rolled oats, 1 medium chopped apple, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or 2-3 dates, chopped, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg. Stir and pour in 1 cup Silk Almondmilk of your choice. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Garnish with granola, chopped pecans, additional chia seeds or coconut. Eat cold or warm.⠀ •
