I remember finding out that I was pregnant and panicking because we got pregnant sooner than we thought we would. I would end up having the baby in April, which meant sub plans, maternity leave, and all that Jazz. I panicked! I am by no means complaining about getting pregnant quickly, because I am so so grateful that we were able to. We are truly blessed! But little did we know, there was a reason we needed our little one here in April.
The last two weeks have been the hardest two weeks ever. Long story short, we discovered that Nick has Carcinoma of the sinus wall. Also known as cancer. It is a cancer where the cells multiply quickly and rapidly. We will be going into surgery tomorrow to remove the tumor that was found in his sinuses and our year journey of treatments will begin.
With all of this said, my first thought was “But we are having a baby next month. What are we supposed to do?” I panicked! This is supposed to be the happiest time of your life, right? When you’re 3 weeks away you’re supposed to be antsy and giddy and hoping they come soon! Not watching your husband go through something like this.. I think that Theo is coming to us just when we needed him. Even though the last few weeks have sucked and we have a hard year ahead of us, I think Theo will be our string of happiness. (He always was a string of happiness, but this just shows how much we really needed him in our lives.) This still can and will be the happiest time of our lives. So with all of this said, Theo, we can’t wait to meet you in 3 weeks! Mommy, Daddy, and Quigley love you so much already! You are our sunshine ☀️ Thank you to all that have provided dinners, flowers, hugs, house cleaning, dog walks, sodas, sub plans, thoughts, good vibes, prayers, and more! We are truly blessed with the best and we can’t thank you enough. It’s a long road ahead but we wouldn’t be able to do it without all of you! ❤️ #pregnantbelly#pregnancy#pregnant#baby#babytheo#theo#babypeterson#peterson#maternity#maternityphotography#maternityshoot#37weeks#quigley#quigleydownunder#quigleydownundergsd#gsd#germanshepherd#germanshepherdsofinstagram#dog#dogsofinstagram#cancer#cancersucks ...
☁️ Envíos a toda Colombia.
