A UX Brew entra no mercado com três cervejas: .

As três receitas ficaram ótimas!

Is this not one of the most gorgeous paddles/flight holders you've ever seen?? 😍😍😍
.
While in Melbourne we stopped in at @fixationbrewing's Incubator in Collingwood. The Fixation namesake is their sole focus on IPAs, which makes for a very delicious visit indeed! While we were there we did our good deed for the day, convincing a scotch & coke drinker who was eyeing off the Dan Murphy's across the road to try (and enjoy!) the All American Cherrywood Smoked Rye. Doing the lord's work 😉😁
.
Clockwise from top right: Little Ray IPA 5.2%, @cbco_ Collab Passionfruit Rapberry Yuzu IPA 5.3%, Pink Guava IPA 5.9%, The 86 IPA 6.2%, and TNT Express IPA 6.2%. Yum! 🙌🍻.

Today goes out to a very special lady, Ava. It’s her birthday! This woman is nothing short of incredible. If you haven’t interacted with her yet, you’re truly missing out. She was the first person I connected with when I made this Instagram and I can’t be more thankful for that. She’s so encouraging, funny, beautiful, inspiring and knowledgeable to name a few things. Her business partner, Steve had this amazing idea to create this hashtag design. #sheknows42 He recruited our WCW group and requested we all post it today in honor of our friend Ava. If you’ve met her or not show her some love and tell her HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Ava, I hope you see just how amazing you are. I’m drinking a Pilsner since I can’t be at Migration Brewing celebrating with you! ❤️🍻
•make sure to use the hashtag so she sees it!.

BREWERY: @greatnotionpdx
BEER: Over Ripe
STYLE: India Pale Ale
RATING: 5/5
.
Trading beer is like playing Russian Roulette, except for maybe not so harsh. You win some and you lose some. I might be in the minority here, but it’s not often that I get a little 16-ounce vessel wrapped in bubbles that absolutely floors me. Maybe my expectations are too high… or maybe my palate is just drenched and ruined. I don’t know. Somehow, someway, Great Notion Brewing never actually disappoints. But this one. THIS fucking one. Wow. I’m not even sure I can put it into words. Sure, some of their stuff is good-good not great but Over Ripe… well, this beer is absolutely stellar. At 7% ABV, this India Pale Ale is presumably jam-packed with an unknown blend of ‘tropical fruit and hops’ (their words, not mine). I really wish I knew just what hop combo this was because I need moar, lots moar. It leaves a can that reminds me a heck of a lot of that Coco movie that my kid likes looking at opaque, vibrant orange. It’s hazy and thick-looking, even for a single IPA, and erects a fluffy, bright white head of foam toward the brim that leaves behind thick, stackable layers of retention as consumed. The nose is insane. So much so that I just kind of stood there for a minute wondering what the fuck I was sniffing. Big aromas of sugar-coated peach candy rings, guava juice, and pineapple with undertones of piney hop resin. Not joking, it’ll make you triple-take. The body is what you’d expect before ever looking at the beer. It’s thinner medium, definitely not as thick as it gives off (which is totally, totally fine), mildly creamy and silky with a tingly, crisp carbonation that finishes dry. The greatest news of all time is that the flavors follow the nose. In fact, they’re even better. Holy fruit bomb! Tons and tons of guava, peachy-papaya, and pineapple team up and just steamroll your palate with delight for 16 ounces. Toward the finish a balanced wave of hop juice floats over the palate to wipe away the fruit and prep for you for the next sip. This is one of those beers I’ll never, ever forget. If I lived in Portland, I would’ve maxed out as often as possible!

Coco Jumbo Kingsize and Imperial Stout brewed by CoolHead Brew from Tuusula, Finland 🇫🇮. Coconut and chocolate flavors rule this thick beer. Truly deliciously wonderful, another one that can replace a dessert. Although I did not spent too much time in Helsinki I can say CoolHead beers do standout. Best place to buy them is Pien Bottle Shop in Helsinki center. A place ideal for someone who is just in the city for the weekend.

What makes a good beer?
Of course the ingredients, the recipe, the brewing skills but there is one last thing...the love, passion someone puts in the brew.
You can feel it while you're tasting but it gets on a different level when you get to meet the people exhaling this passion.
The Lyon Bière Festival and the great people of @bieronomy gave us this year once again the opportunity to meet those passionnates.
My comrades and myself went through a moment to be grateful for being introduced to Erwan from the @brasseriedecornouaille, Storlok by the vibrant bad ass @a_x_elle_
Concarneau, Cournouaille, Storlok being a tribute to the first celtic rock band (70s) from Brittany, a ram as a logo as up to Erwan this is what symbolises the best the Cournouaille and this guy who's into his brews.
If you add a collaboration with this bubbly brewster of @a_x_elle_ you're getting Black Monday, a Porter Vanilla Coco.

My comrades and myself went through a moment to be grateful for being introduced to Erwan from the @brasseriedecornouaille , Storlok by the vibrant bad ass @a_x_elle_ Concarneau, Cournouaille, Storlok being a tribute to the first celtic rock band (70s) from Brittany, a ram as a logo as up to Erwan this is what symbolises the best the Cournouaille and this guy who's into his brews. If you add a collaboration with this bubbly brewster of @a_x_elle_ you're getting Black Monday, a Porter Vanilla Coco. Black Monday as a "black" beer brewed on a Monday, the brew day lasting an epic 20 hours, with a little accident for Axelle (check out the label), hence the black cat on the label.  Well this brew was also drunk on a Monday, with a dark black sky above me. On the nose a fresh coconut shows you the way, maybe reinforced by the use of Sorachi. Prominent roasty aromas, a coffee like melted with a sweet vanilla. There are citrusy marmaladey hints showing up in the background and giving a plus.  On the palate the coffee is hugged by a soft vanilla. With à la corde, a mildy roasty/toasty but taking you by the hand to the end. It's like a creamy maltiness given by the smoothness of the oat. But it's not heavy on the palate it gives room for other players like the oak flavors in the background, the coconut (got to love your Sorachi) even if I have to say I would have loved more of it, a drop of citrus. I don't know if it's the Cournouaille talking to you but it's a great feeling. (End in com) ...
