Super unmotivated to post lately and I'm unsure why. I have content, I just feel like I am pressured to post a certain way in order to get an engagement. Took a little break, and will continue it for a little bit more🙌🏻 Need to give myself time to regenerate and realize what I want to put out there and not what I should put out there. I know Instagram constantly wants new and innovating workouts but to be honest, simplicity works best for me. That is how I built my physique. I wasn't doing weird moves or excessive volume. Simple workouts. Those don't seem to get enough credit in my opinion. All my lifts will start with 3-4 compound movements and pretty much the same accessories for a few weeks to build my strength. I don't continously change my routine or do dangerous moves for the gram lol I squat, deadlift and thrust with an added kickback or two at the end.
Anyways lots to think about ! But had an awesome workout this morning with @alexandra.nicolas and this outfit is my new fav💜

So yesterday I received some back news that I had done some damage to my discs in my back from the most simple of movements... not even from lifting a crazy weight! 😥 This may see me out for 4-6 weeks all going well and ensuring I don't lift anything or do anything stupid (not like me to do anything stupid)... 😅 But none the less this isn't the end for me, I'm sure with the correct rehab and rest I can get back to training in the future but for now until I get the go ahead I'm sadly tapping out. It is very disappointing though as I was back into training and really starting to love the feeling of being in the gym and switching off from the world. But hey these things happen... remaining positive and looking forward to focusing more time on educating myself and improving my business. 😊.

Decline Dumbbell Press.....👌👌

Went for a something different this chest day. Normally i would us the decline bench but haven't been able to increase the weight on that. Therefore, used the dumbbells this time to help improve my range of motion and to help develop my stabilising muscles. 
I like to increase the weight each set to see how far i can push my body.
1st video) 40KG - 8 reps 
2nd video) 50KG - 5 reps 
3rd video) 55KG - 1 rep 😅 .

Hopefully will be able to get 3 reps on the 55s next time. 😂😂
