If you’ve been following me for any period of time, it’s pretty obvious how much I love breakfast and all things breakfast food. I love coming up with new ways to fill my belly in the morning and start the day off right 🌞 As much as I wish this was my breakfast today, it’s definitely not, but that doesn’t mean I can’t still drool over it. A little while back for a giveaway I made these cacao coconut pancakes and they were incredible. I loaded up the stack with frozen berries, goji berries, granola, and drizzle of granola butter. If you haven’t tried this amazing nut free butter I highly recommend trying it out. The new chocolate flavor seriously has me drooling 🤤 I wrote up a quick blog post with the full recipe! BANANA CHOC BØWL 🍚. . "Toujours commencer son samedi par un grand bol de cacao" 😁 = c'est devenue ma nouvelle devise depuis quelques temps. Et quoi de mieux que mon porridge facile, rapide et parfait pour les débutants : le banana choc Bøwl. Un porridge à réaliser soit en version traditionnelle à la casserole (si vous avez 5 min de plus je vous le conseille vraiment) ou bien en express au micro-ondes. Un bol au cacao, banane et une touche de lait de coco épais pour un crémeux..... Miam miam miam 😁. . Pour un effet bounty, ce matin j'y ai également ajouté 1 c.s noix de coco râpée que j'ai fais torréfier 🤤... Une fois cuit et bien cremeux, j'ai versé dans mon bol, ajouté une touche de lait de coco, noix de coco râpée et granola au cacao. Accompagné d'un lait de noisette chaud avec 1cc de cacao cru et 1 petite cuillère de relax mix que @wildandthemoon m'avait très gentillement envoyé ( une poudre bio et cru aux vertus relaxante, un mélange de chanvre, reishi, Ashwaganda, Ginko, Prebiotique et Lucuma). Un délice ! . Le cacao rend heureux c'est bien connu 😊, il agit sur l'hormone du bonheur et provoque la sécrétion de sérotonine. Il est riche en magnésium, antioxydants, anti-inflammatoires, réduit la pression sanguine et possède tellement d'autres pouvoirs. Et le plus important dans tout ça = il est naturel ! Budin de chia y frutas.
este desayuno tiene muchisimas propiedades para la salud en ácidos grasos Omega 3 y omega 6, proteina de alta calidad además de minerales como el calcio, el magnesio y el boro y muy rica en fibra y todo eso gracias a la chia que contiene el budin
Igredientes:
-2 cucharasa soperas de chia
-300 ml de leche vegetal (la que a ti te gusta)
-media cucharadita de canela
-Stevia
-Una cuchara de granola(opcional)
-Fruta al gusto
Elaboration:
En un taza con tapa poner la leche la chia la canela y la stevia mesclar muy  bien tapar y guardar en la nevera 4 horas (o toda la noche)
Pasadas la 4 horas mesclar muy bien y servir en la taza o el bol deseado y adornar con fruta
Y granola o frutos secos
