It’s a boy! 💙🦋💎🐳🌀
Can we just take a moment for this sprinkle piñata centre? 😍. If you don’t know already I’m a bit mad for sprinkles 🙈, and @bakingtimeclub ’s mixes are always so on point! There’s so much variety and the sprinks are all GF, Vegan, Halal and Kosher so I don’t need to worry when using for different customers with specific requirements. I can just grab a bag and sprinkle away ✨✨✨. Plus Lavinia is the loveliest lady and always happy to help!
Sprinkle mixes used here are “Twinkle Blue” for the piñata centre, and “Cosmic Unicorn” for the sprinkle drip! 💘
@crummbcakes talk about the art of #kintsugi . Which is where you piece back together broken ceramics to create something new and even more beautiful. That’s the idea behind this cake - By tying the two different coloured fondants back together with an overlay of black and gold fondant streaks they are highlighting the cracks and imperfections, rather than trying to cover them up. HOW STUNNING IS THE END RESULT! I love hearing the stories of the inspiration behind cake design! 😍 ...
Recipe planning for the blog and flashing back to that amazing vertical striped cake I made for my birthday back in January. My son still mentions that cake at least once a week, says it’s the best cake I’ve ever made, and I tend to agree ❤️
