Honestly, life is about as funny as this avocado toast. No but seriously, it actually is. Like, I don’t have a fucking clue what I’m doing most of the time, but somehow I get to do what I love every single day - serve you guys.

And it’s because what I DO know is that no one has to be a slave to their anxiety around food. And if I can just keep teaching the world that, then I have a place here. And I can continue to do what I do every single day.

I set a goal today. A really big, really fucking scary goal. By 2021, I want to help 1,000,000 women let go of food anxiety, love their body, and start focusing on what theyre putting IN their body to lose weight and feel good instead of what they should take away.

So, I’m not going anywhere is basically what I’m saying.
