Do you find yourself worrying about what other people think? Does this fear stop you from sharing your message and being your true self either in your life or business?
Sometimes we assume that certain people in our life won't support us, so we continue to play small and stay quiet out of fear of being judged or not accepted.
But, when you make those assumptions, you are not giving those in your life the opportunity to accept you or love you for who you are. The people who are meant to be in your life will love and support you. You will likely even inspire them to step up in their own lives and share their message.
✨This is your daily reminder that your message deserves to be heard. You are not on this earth to play small.

Who loves taking breaks from social media? 🙋🏼♀️ Me! Yep, me! And hear me out as to why this is on my heart today...
This postpartum season has reminded me that the most important things in my life exist off of the screen. My most precious memories don’t come with likes and follows. These fleeting moments don’t ping me with notifications to make sure that I’m paying attention. They cannot be captured in a single comment or expressed in an emoji.
The most important people and moments in my life exist off of my phone... and I have a feeling that yours do too.
✨ HERE IS THE TRUTH:
Taking a break from social media won’t destroy the brand that you’re building... in fact, it might just breathe life into your soul in a way that inspires you and empowers you to do your best work.
And despite the lies we sometimes start to believe—our worth doesn’t fluctuate with our follower count and our value isn’t quantified by the number of likes we receive on any given day.
It can be easy to get wrapped up in the habit of scrolling and somehow get lost in the unending pursuit of growing our platforms.
So if you’ve been craving a break... truly needing some time away—take it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the world better watch out for when you return... 😉 Because a little rest is like fuel and you’re capable of accomplishing incredible things. ...
Change is scary AF. So is growth.😬🌱⠀
But love, if you wanna real transformation, it’s gonna hurt a little. Maybe a lot. But OMG you won’t even believe what’s waiting for you on the other side of all the messy.🙃⠀
Hang on. Trust the process. Even if it’s the fucking hardest thing you’ll ever do.🙏🏼⠀

Hard to believe that this was 2.5 years ago and only our second time participating in the @oneroomchallenge !
Fast forward to today and it’s our fifth time participating and we feel like we’ve learned a lot over the last few years. But never once before have we come to the kind of standstill we find ourselves in now. So instead of showing you pics of a half-finished powder room, I’m sharing all about the lull during this renovation.
The truth is, most renovations never go as planned. But we usually never hear about those stories. An hour renovation episode on TV doesn’t have time to show it and for sure the glossy pages of a magazine won’t share the gory details of a reno-gone-array.
That’s one of the reasons I LOVE participating in the #oneroomchallenge . You get to share the whole process - from start to finish. From ugly to beautiful. From problem solving renovations to beautiful masterpieces!
So today we are sharing about the standstill and why we haven’t done anything yet. We are also sharing our sink selection which is part of the reason for the standstill. Head on over to the blog to see all the details!
So good to be home for the Easter weekend in beautiful Melbourne. I've been filling up on the freshest of produce from my mum's vegetable garden. We have been so lucky to have such wonderful weather too! 🍈🥬🥒🍆🌶️🥕 ...
