Think of all the time and energy we spend rationalizing an average, mundane life.
We will give a million reasons why we could never have that career or business , why we won’t get that promotion, why we can’t find love, why our health isn’t great.
We explain it all away, so we can stay in the comfort zone of an average life when we can be using that time and energy to focus on creating an incredible, extraordinary life!
Instead of instantly explaining why something won’t happen for us, what if we set the goal to make it happen? What if we stretched that goal?
Opportunities surround us all the time, but we are blind to them when we limit our mindset. Write down a goal you want to achieve in every area of your life (health, finance, career, relationships, fun/hobby) and pay attention all week long to how many times you have thoughts that counteract those goals.
Those thoughts are blocking you from seeing all the ways you can achieve those goals.
Mindset is half the battle.
Taking action is the other half.
But you won’t take action until you believe you can.
