Izslēgt to pārkarsušo galvu un miljons domas, kas vairs neļāva gulēt, tā godīgi tām pateikt, lai beidzot liek man mieru ar savām nevajadzīgajām zaparām. Atkal kaut ko par daudz ieskrējos, pārstrādājos, pazaudēju mieru, miegu un savu jēgu. Nu tā ir viegli, jā, bet līdz mieram atkal jālien rāpus un lēnītēm. Ļoti mācos gliemežātrumu, tas manai jēgai vislabākais. Ā, un priecīgas jums olas no šiem diviem 💛 #slowdown #bythesea #dailymeditation.

💫Keep to the center👁️🙏🏻🌌 #raiseyourvibration - ✨In Sanskrit, the word chakra means "wheel." There are seven wheels or energy points in our bodies and each chakra has a distinct character and relates to different aspects of our being. - The seven #chakras , in metaphysical terms, are how energy flows through you, according to Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain beliefs. The chakras include the root (base of spine), sacral (lower abdomen), solar plexus (upper abdomen), heart, throat, third eye (between eyes), and crown (top of the head). They are the critical junctions which determine the state of the body and mind. Just as the brain controls physical, mental, and intellectual functions through the nerve cells, chakras tap into the prana or cosmic energy that is within all livings beings and transforms it into spiritual energy. - A blockage in a chakra area can be the cause of physical or emotional tension or disease in the body.🚫 - It's ok if you're caught out of alignment, simply return to the center.🌟Discover your own way of re-centering (#meditation , mantras, naps, nature walks/bathing, breath-work, yoga, exercise, painting, coloring, journaling, music, etc) and do it right away. Think of all the time and energy we spend rationalizing an average, mundane life.

We will give a million reasons why we could never have that career or business , why we won’t get that promotion, why we can’t find love, why our health isn’t great.

We explain it all away, so we can stay in the comfort zone of an average life when we can be using that time and energy to focus on creating an incredible, extraordinary life!

Instead of instantly explaining why something won’t happen for us, what if we set the goal to make it happen? What if we stretched that goal?
.
Opportunities surround us all the time, but we are blind to them when we limit our mindset. Write down a goal you want to achieve in every area of your life (health, finance, career, relationships, fun/hobby) and pay attention all week long to how many times you have thoughts that counteract those goals.
.
Those thoughts are blocking you from seeing all the ways you can achieve those goals.
.
Mindset is half the battle.
.
Taking action is the other half.
.
But you won’t take action until you believe you can.
.
