Whether it’s learning math, a dance routine, running that mile faster, strengthening a muscle, practicing mindfulness, honing distress tolerance skills, or building a business.

You’ll be UNCOMFORTABLE and uncertain and that’s normal. 
You’re going to mess up. 
You’re not going to know what you’re doing sometimes.

Keto Citrus Shrimp and Avocado Salad .

What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio 👆)

Ingredients
1 pound mediumPan-Seared Citrus Shrimp 31/40
8 cups greens such as arugula spinach, or spring mix
Fruity or lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1/2 orange
1 avocado sliced or diced
1 shallot minced
4 ounces toasted sliced almonds
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Prepare the recipe for the Pan-Seared Citrus Shrimp, or gently warm the leftover shrimp. Or, if you prefer, serve the shrimp chilled.
Toss the shrimp with the salad greens in a large bowl. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, and if desired, some of the sauce remaining from the shrimp with a generous squeeze of citrus, and toss lightly to coat. Add the avocado, shallots and sliced almonds and then season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.

I am so happy the day is getting longer (although Daylight Saving Time starts here only on the 31st of March) ☀️💐🍀 But there is definitely more sunlight outside to take pictures and create content for my account. I am not sure how many of you know but Instagram is only my hobby and I am working full time in totally different field, so usually I take pictures in the morning or in the evening or during my weekends. When winter time is here, it’s not easy to be ready with your food exactly in the minute when sun decides to shine 🙈😁 So, I was very much looking forward to the first day of spring 🌺🍃🌤 And with such a beautiful weather today, I am coming to you with this delicious breakfast plate: one fried egg (yeah, you know me, no egg means no breakfast 😂), two pieces of toast ▶️ one with hummus and chili sauce and another one with smoked salmon sprinkled with cress (always looking forward to it when spring comes), I also had some corn salad (with olive oil) and fresh raspberries 😍🤗 It was really delicious. 
The full meal was 404 calories with 25P, 36C and 18F. Such a great variety of ingredients in the morning!! Happy 🐪 day guys!! 😘

I NEVER imagine myself in a two piece bikini. I would always wear a shirt and shorts to swim or just didnt bother to go swimming 😬

I got this bikini last year after a couple months of surgery and yet I still wore a shirt underneath ( also because I couldn’t have the sun hit my scars) I wasn’t confident yet. It was something new to me to show off my body. I never had a flat stomach even when I was little. Now , I’m confident and come to accept that this my new bod. A mom of 3 kiddos who managed to change her life for the better. This is my mombod ❤️

Also if anyone knows a good scar treatment let me know , coconut oil is not doing it to fade my scar or smooth it out 😩
