Sembra che finalmente la primavera sia arrivata e temo che presto le temperature si alzeranno a tal punto che stare in casa e accendere il forno diventerà complicato.⠀
Quest’anno abbiamo finalmente preso tavolo sedie da mettere in guardino così da poter lavorare al computer all’aria aperta sotto il mio enorme e freschissimo caco.⠀

Io che mal sopporto il caldo, quasi quasi non vedo l’ora che arrivi l’estate quest’anno per fare finalmente qualche cenetta all’aria aperta e gustarmi questi burgers! ⠀

Turmeric Star Bowl ⭐️ We are in the depths of packing/moving and I kind of want to pull my hair out. Can someone please just come to my house and pack for me? 😂 Today’s smoothie bowl is frozen mango blended with @terrasoul charcoal powder and @silk almondmilk, swirled with beet and turmeric powder. .
Turmeric. Such a funky little powder/root that’s good for you in so many ways. You got a headache—have some turmeric. Feeling bloated and swollen—have some turmeric. Need energy in the AM—have some turmeric. I should really take more of it with all this moving-stress going on right now. 💪🏼.

bring it, bring it back. bring it, bring it back. ...because I had to ! 
CAULIFLOWER ALFREDO 🍝🍝🍝
⚡️ chop a head of cauliflower (doesn’t have to be too small) and boil for 30 min or until VERY SOFT. ⚡️ drain cauliflower and add to the food processor with 1/2 cup coconut cream (from the can) and blend the shit out of it until it’s real luscious and smooth. ⚡️ in a skillet add avocado oil + sliced mushrooms + salt + pepper and a crap load of minced garlic.  Cook mushrooms for about 10 min or so on medium heat.  Add a little bit of lemon juice.  Take mushrooms out of the skillet but don’t clean the pan
⚡️ turn heat down to medium low add cauli mixture + 1 tbsp @miyokoscreamery vegan butter + 1 cup @traderjoes almond mozzarella (for some reason this has 1% dairy in it 🤷🏽‍♀️ why who fucking knows) 
salt + pepper + garlic powder + a very small amount of lemon juice. ⚡️After about 5 min add in mushrooms with garlic and stir occasionally for about 5 to 10 min and then take off heat and stir into your favorite pasta.  My batch made plenty to cover a whole box of pasta but that may depend on the size of the head of cauliflower you use.

ᑕᗩᑎEᒪOᑎEᔕ ᗪE EᔕᑭIᑎᗩᑕᗩ
✔️Rellenos de queso, cebolla y choclo
.
🌱Ingredientes: hojas de espinaca, huevos, maicena, leche descremada, choclo, cebolla, queso en hebras light, casancrem light y condimentos (las cantidades de los ingredientes dependen de la cantidad de porciones)
.
🌱Procedimiento:
> hervir la espinaca
> mezclar los huevos, maicena, leche, espinaca y sal
> rehogar la cebolla, agregar el choclo, condimentos y casancrem
> en una sartén rociada con aceite ir haciendo los panqueques con la mezcla (vuelta y vuelta)
> rellenarlos con el revuelto de cebolla y choclo e ir colocandolos en una fuente para horno
> agregar por encima salsa blanca (mezclar leche con maicena y llevar al fuego, revolver hasta lograr la consistencia deseada) y queso en hebras y llevar al horno un ratito hasta que se derrita el queso
