I have been LOVING my training recently (again I feel like a broken record) because I can see & feel myself gaining strength😛💗 & sumo deadlifts have my heart at the moment oooooOooo they are so good🤩💪🏼

🖤4x12 banded hip thrusts on leg extension machine (I find that if I point my toes outward this BURNS so much more)
🖤3x10 glute kickbacks on leg extension machine
🖤3x10 split squat ss with single leg rdls
🖤3x10 leg extensions ss with swiss ball hamstring curls
🖤3x10 elevated heel kettlebell rdl (not shown)
make sure you focus on your mind to muscle connection throughout EVERY exercise🧠 the mental aspect of training is so incredibly important for a good workout!!
