Q: What initially inspired you to start your fitness journey?

A: I was a skinny gamer kid through high school. I'd be made fun of for being weak and small. I'd see the guys in my video games and wish to be like them. I tried to get into fitness when I 14, but I thought cardio was the secret to a strong body so I didn't get anywhere. I was taken in by a great mentor and friend of mine right after graduation. He showed me a lot of what I know today.

Q: What was your biggest challenge/adversity in your journey, and how did you overcome it?

A: My biggest challenge was being insecure about my legs. Due to being tall, 6'2

Socially, financially, my career.. I took the patience, discipline, consistency, among other things, from my fitness journey and applied them to everything. Little changes every week in your fitness amount to crazy results months down the road. The same is true in all life, you just have to stick with it. - Q: If you were to do it all again (which I’m sure you would), is there anything you would do differently? - A: Honestly, I wouldn't change anything. The bumps in the road molded me into a wiser person. I can take the lessons I've learned and use them to help others navigate their own experiences. I love giving advice, and having deep conversations about psychology and things of that nature. You have to train abs Just like every other muscle and create overload. One of the best ways to create overload is to hang!

It also will fully stretch the abs to its full range of motion. If you’re doing 50 crunches in a row with barely a burn then it is too easy. Advance it with different variations of hanging.
