I recently was gifted this t-shirt by a very special friend. And it made me think of the word Goddess.
In my dictionary, Goddess is a sacred woman who has a lot of compassion, kindness, integrity and devotion to the divine. Her inner beauty transcends the outer. She is trustworthy, courageous and powerful. Her commitment is to be God’s warrior and angel.
Goddess is not a woman who looks dressed up, or done, or beautiful, or sensual or sexy. Those attributes are very Earth based and they change.
To get closer to be a goddess we have to do a lot of internal work to remove the weeds (beliefs, fears, judgments, projections) out of the way so we can know who we truly are in our rawness. We can’t blossom as a woman if we don’t have a very strong sense and connection with Self.
I have been consciously in a spiritual journey for over two decades now and I still have a long way to go but one thing I already conquered: I know who I am and I know why I am on this Earth and this feeling and knowing can’t be taken or changed by anyone’s opinion or judgement and I truly wish that every women can have that.
I am in Goddess school and I love it. If inspired join me.
I am back teaching YogaSamba. A class that was channeled to empower and transform women. Every class we sweat, move, expand, break barriers and fears, laugh and cry shedding and becoming at the same time. It is 1 hour of magic and bliss.
If inspired, join me March 20th 6pm to 7pm. DM me for more indo.
As I dwelt deep within my meditative nothingness with these beautiful Goddesses.... I hear and immerse into Buddha's profound teaching to humanity. He said in Pali :
" To be associated with the unwanted is suffering.. To be disassociated with the wanting is suffering"
He beautifully brought a simple reflection to reality that Aversion/dislike to something we don't like and Craving/attachment towards something we really like.. Both this aspects is the root of our misery and suffering. It brings huge ripples and fluctuations to our Ocean of stillness.
Most of our suffering arise in the mind and can be dissolved by training the mind.
Observe /witness and be aware everytime these two polarities arise in your thinking mind. The scenes will come and go, as you just become the observer of these scenes you will understand it is all Impermanent! ~ Sonam 💗🙏 #impermanance#anichha#meditation#dhyan#selfenquiry#sangha#shakti#goddesses ...
