Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! ☀️ Heute gibt es ein Rezept für ein Low Carb Knuspermüsli bzw für selbstgemachtes Granola. Ich kann davon momentan gar nicht genug bekommen 😍 Dazu etwas frisches Obst und Protein Joghurt und schon hat man ein leckeres Frühstück 😋 Genießt das sonnige Wochenende! 🤗

Zutaten: (Nüsse können variiert werden)
•50g Cashewnüsse
•50g Erdnüsse
•50g gehackte Mandeln
•30g Kokoschips
•3 El Chia Samen
•Süße nach Wahl (z.B Stevia)
•Zimt
•2 Eiklar

Zubereitung:
•Nüsse zerkleinern
•Mandeln, Chia Samen & Kokoschips dazugeben
•Mit Eiklar zu einer Masse vermischen
•Zimt & Süße dazugeben
•Dünn auf ein Backblech ausbreiten
•Bei 150°C ca. 20min goldbraun backen, zwischendurch wenden
•In kleine Stücke brechen

Dieses Müsli ist richtig schön knusprig und  eine gute Alternative zu den Knuspermüslis  aus dem Supermarkt, die  voller Zucker  sind. Nüsse enthalten zwar viele Kalorien, aber auch viele gesunde Fette, pflanzliches Protein, Vitamin E und verschiedene B Vitamine, Ballaststoffe sowie Mineralstoffe wie Magensium, Kalium, Eisen und Zink.🥜👍

You may have noticed things have gotten a bit more GF around here. After doing an elimination diet of gluten-containing products, I’ve found that I’m slightly sensitive to the gluten protein, and that it was susceptible to screwing with my hormones and acne. Soooo, recipes will probably shift around here to be more encompassing of a gluten-free diet! Any q’s?

ALMOND BUTTER PECAN GRANOLA ✨

Homemade granola is one of my favorite things to make 💯 It’s super easy, cheaper and lower in sugar than store bought, and it tastes AMAZING 🤩 This almond butter - cinnamon - pecan combo is a winner for sure. And just in case you were wondering, if pairs amazingly with blueberry chia jam, dairy free yogurt and @soozysgrainfree blueberry muffins 🙌🏼 Happy Friday Eve! 💃🏼 Granola recipe is below 💛

HOW TO 👉🏼 In a large bowl, mix:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 
1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp salt 
In a small saucepan or in the microwave, heat till warm: 3 TB coconut oil + 3 TB maple syrup + 3 TB creamy almond butter. 
Pour wet ingredients over dry. Mix till all oats and are coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out granola. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Let cool completely (it will get crunchy as it cools). DEVOUR 🤤.

CRUNCHY GRANOLA BOWL 💥
Zrobilam przepyszną granolę czekoladową 🍫✨ wyszła tak dobra, że dorabiałam ją na dwa dni później bo się rozeszła 💁🏼‍♀️ ja bardzo lubię gdy granola jest w formie chrupiących grudek, a nie pojedynczych płatków 🤪

Chrupiąca granola czekoladowa:
• 2 filiżanki płatków owsianych (u mnie pół na pół błyskawiczne i górskie)
• 1 łyżka masła orzechowego
• 3 łyżki syropu klonowego
• 2 kostki gorzkiej czekolady minimum 80%
• 1 łyżeczka oliwy lub oleju kokosowego (ja nie wyczuwam posmaku oliwy więc ją daje)
W misce mieszamy płatki, oliwę, masło orzechowe i syrop klonowy. Masę dzielimy na dwie części, pierwszą cześć układamy na papierze do pieczenia w naczyniu żaroodpornym. Czekoladę rozpuszczamy i mieszamy z pozostałą masą, dokładamy do naczynia i uciskamy masę, aby była zbita. Pieczemy w 150 stopniach przez 30 minut - po tym czasie musimy dać granoli całkowicie ostygnąć. Dopiero gdy wszystko przestygnie możemy połamać granolę na mniejsze części. Gotowe! Podawaj z jogurtem, mlekiem roślinnym czy chrup samo - jest idealna w każdej wersji 🤩

Tanto se fala e procura granola, mas que tal se deixarmos de querer desempacotar tanto e começarmos a fazer a nossa própria granola caseira. A quantidade certa para as nossas necessidades nutricionais. 
Veja como.. é super fácil!

Vai precisar de:
🍥 1 chávena de aveia em flocos
🍥 1/4 chávena de amêndoas
🍥 1/4 chávena de nozes 🍥 1/4 mistura de sementes 🍥 3 colheres de sopa de cacau puro
🍥 1 colher de sobremesa de óleo de coco
🍥 3 colheres de mel
🍥 1 colher de sopa de stevia
🍥 Canela em pó (quantidade de preferência) 🐰Pré aquecer o forno a 180 graus
🐰Triturar as amêndoas e as nozes ao tamanho da aveia (mais ou menos)
🐰Misturar com as sementes e aveia, adicionar o mel, o óleo de coco, a stevia e a canela
🐰 Numa folha de papel vegetal,ligeiramente pincelada com óleo de coco,colocar a mistura bem espalhada no tabuleiro.
🐰 Levar ao forno por 15m e ir virando frequentemente. 
Qdo estiver pronto juntar as tiras de coco e canela. 
Deixe esfriar e conserve. 
Super prático para os pequeno almoço das crianças e dos adultos. Pode diversificar nas sementes e frutos secos.
