SPICY VEGGIE ZOODLES
—> Ingredients:
✖1 small Zucchini
✖1 small yellow zucchini
✖1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans
✖Green bell pepper
✖ 1 Tomato
✖Kale
✖1/2 avocado
✖1/2 lemon
✖1/4 tsp salt
✖1/8-1/4+ cayenne pepper(depends how spicy you want the zoodles)
—> Directions:
1. Spiralize the zucchinis
2. Prepare the veggies and dressing
3. Mix everything until well combined

Better than takeout, and healthier too - this 30-minute Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is bursting with rich, savory flavor and pleases even the pickiest eaters. ~
2 large (or 3 small-medium) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon Chinese five spice
3 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup water or chicken broth
Sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce or oyster sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons  vinegar
1/2 cup cold water + 1 tablespoon almond flour
green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Whisk together all sauce ingredients (except for water and almond flour) and set aside.
Drizzle a large skillet over medium heat with oil. Add chicken, season with Chinese five spice, and saute for 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 
Add broccoli florets to pan, saute 2-3 minutes until broccoli starts to become crisp on the edges. Add 1/3 cup water or chicken broth and cook for 4-6 minutes longer until broccoli is fork-tender. 
Add chicken back to pan. Pour sauce into the pan and give it a good stir. Whisk together 1/2 cup cold water and almond flour until dissolved, then stir into the pan. Once sauce has thickened (about 1 minute) cook 2-3 minutes longer, then garnish with onions and sesame seeds and serve.

- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can rinsed and drained chickpeas (or 1 1/2 cups pre-cooked)
- small bunch of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch - 1-2 tsp of sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 – 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour + extra 3 tbsp for coating
- oil for cooking
🍴🍴🍴
In a large pan, drizzle in a little oil and fry the onion and garlic until slightly golden.
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas until they turn to a slightly textured paste. Add in onion, garlic, all the spices and mix to fully combine. Stir in the chopped parsley, flour and potato starch.
Take a large plate and sprinkle a few tablespoons of chickpea flour onto it. Scoop some of the mixture and form a patty with your hands. Drop into the chickpea flour to coat evenly.
Reheat that same large pan to medium heat. Drizzle in a little more oil and place the patties in to cook. Cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

This bowl is made with mixed greens, cucumbers, blackberries, avocado, pumpkin seeds, micro-greens and a tahini dressing. Enjoy!

Repetiría esta comida varias veces a la semana sin dudarlo jaja .

INGREDIENTES:
▫️ñoquis (uso los de lidl).
▫️guisantes.
▫️champiñones.
▫️calabacín.
▫️aceite de oliva virgen extra.
▫️ajo.
▫️pechuga de pollo.

1. Ponemos en una sartén el aceite y doramos el ajo. Añadimos el calabacín en trocitos y los champiñones. Dejamos que se vaya pocha do al mínimo.
2. Cuando esté pocha do; añadimos los ñoquis y los trocitos de pollo, para que se doren bien.
3. Por último, yo añado los guisantes para que no queden pasados. Tapamos todo unos 3 minutos y listo, ya tenemos nuestra comida!
