So your friend is trying to convince you to buy their keto supplements because it will help you burn fat without having to do a Keto Diet.... tell them GFY.
First off, a ketogenic diet won’t help you lose fat better than any other diet when calories and protein are equal. Secondly, these supplements are just preying on the current hype and it’s BS
There was one study done showing some possible appetite benefit when compared to a sugar drink. Problem is, the ketones are still CALORIES so it would have to lower your appetite enough to eat fewer calories in the day overall.
Regardless these supplements don’t work like the multi level marketers say they do by burning more fat without actually having to do a ketogenic diet.
If you want to try keto then fine but please don’t add these supplements on top of your current diet. Waste of your money per usual when it comes to 98% of supplements out there.

My constant “why” has always been my kids.
But along the way I realized it’s okay for it to not be just about doing it for them,
But about doing it for me 🔥
As a mother— I believe we often forget that we NEED to make ourselves a priorities.
And momma’s, It’s NOT selfish to put yourself first or make yourself a priority.
ITS NECESSARY 🙌🏻
Because when you are happy and healthy, the result of that will trickle down and impact those around you.
