Here’s something the news is not telling us: In the previous 4 recessions prior to 2008, home values were not negatively impacted. In fact in some instances home values appreciated more than 4%. So if we do face a recession in the next few years it does NOT mean there will be another housing crisis. 🤩 ...

With love and gratitude, one year ago April 24th a very dear woman and friend passed away. Anna Marie was in her late 90’s, had dementia, was feisty and had a warm heart. I learned many things from her by sitting with her, caring for her and just taking time to talk with her. She may have forgotten many things but she would respond to a person’s energy and kindness.
