After my challenge I have been nothing but motivated! Yes there are bad days BUT I would say more good days come out of it. Was out doing what I do best, shopping😆 when I decided to take this picture to show someone these leggings. What I then noticed was the progress I am still making. I was actually filled with gratification to see that my hard work is slowly paying off🙌🏼

So no it will not happen overnight. Sorry it’s the truth you have to be willing to put in the work and keep it consistent. TRUST ME the end result is all worth it.

I missed all four of my alarms for the gym this morning. Am I upset? Nope not even the slightest. Clearly my body needed to rest so I listened.

I have been working so hard inside and outside of the gym. I work a job where I am pretty active so I am using a lot of energy daily.

Listen to your body, if you need rest then rest. If you need to eat EAT! If you feel you need to get up and move then get up and move!

Get to know your body and listen to it. Don’t overwork yourself to the point that you don’t want to return.

Consuming the majority of your carbs from the second group will get you to your goal faster (not to mention you'll feel better) when compared to the first.⁣ 🍇 Choose wisely, balance your carb consumption with other important nutrients like lean proteins, veggies and fats and you're 90% of the way there. ⁣ 🍻 Keep it simple.
