Remember that episode of Hey Arnold, when Arnold is sulking on the roof and grandma gets craned in on a piano and she sings to him? Been thinking about that a lot lately.
When life gets you down
Wearing a frown
Don’t look away
Look up! 🌞✨ ...
After the wide field of view that I got of the Crescent Nebula last month, it left me wanting to take a closer look. Here’s my attempt at it with my longer focal length scope at higher magnification. It is a cosmic bubble about 25 light years across, blown out by the stellar winds of its massive central star and glowing as they collide with material ejected by the same star earlier in its life. This whole thing will go supernova before long, as the star is near the end of its life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I plan to improve my abilities and have more time on this beautiful object in the future. I hope you enjoy this in the meantime!

What’s wrong with this picture??? I bet you can pick out a lot! Let’s see, kids watching tv, kids eating kraft dinner, kids eating kraft dinner while watching tv, the dining room table covered in stuff, the mess on the floor🙈 Guess what you don’t see?? A mom trying to look after herself and make sure housework gets done. A mom trying to reestablish a routine after being away for a month on vacation. A mom that always wants the best for her kids. Sometimes a pictures doesn’t tell the whole story! Nobody is perfect! Go easy on yourself! ❤️ ...
