Sometimes you need to just take a step away, find yourself, and then try again. My head is a hard thing to manage and understand. I miss Instagram, but I find it hard it keep it up. It doesn’t trigger me, I just worry about others not liking what I’m posting. Now I’m in the best place recovery wise I’ve ever been, I won’t be posting JUST food, and I hope that’s okay. I need positivity. Food is positive, but I want to share other positive things in my life too. I love you all, B💕Xxx

I want to tattoo something like this over my scars. I think just having something beautiful there instead of a constant reminder of my toughest times would be really beneficial. What’s your opinion on tattooing scars??

What can you do to ease your symptoms of anxiety?

GAD could be managed with proper treatments. There are also many ways that you could help yourself to ease your symptoms.
Having support from other people is vital, so build a strong support system. Practicing relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation will slow your heart rate, help you breathe slower, relax your muscles and stabilize your blood pressure. Exercise helps boost hormones like serotonin and endorphin and reduce stress hormones. Avoid caffeine, smoking and drinking as they can make you more anxious than usual. Last but not least, getting enough sleep and having a balanced diet is essential to ease your symptoms.

This week, we will talk about everything about Generalized Anxiety Disorder. We will ask different questions such as “what is GAD?”, “how does it affect anyone?”, “what will you experience?”, “why do you have GAD?”, “what can you do to help yourself?”, “what can you do to help others?”. You want to know more? In fact, you want to read an entire magazine on Generalized Anxiety Disorder? You bet we hear you! The newly announced Issue 14 of Psych2Go Magazine is going to focus on Generalized Anxiety Disorder. [Link in Bio] PRE-ORDER NOW (by 30th of April) by pledging to our Patreon. Shipping in May.

We are learning something new every single day. Today i’ve learned how my body reacts to environment. Stress, bad mood, people around you, toxic relationships, toxic air, exhaust fumes.. All of them can trigger your digestion, gut and mind. So what i do to protect myself from bad environment? 🙌🏻🙌🏻
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Reduce stress! Very important, well the most important tip. Meditate, relax, self care, fav foods, girls night..
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Clear your mind from stupid thoughts. You’re beautiful and amazing person. You’re unique and worthy. Love yourself and don’t let those stupid thoughts mess up in your head.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Unfollow all toxic accounts which make tou feel bad/worthless.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Follow people who inspire you and give you dialy motivation and ideas.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Try to use less plastic. You can switch plastic water bottles to reusable glass bottle, plastic containers to reusable food containers free from BPA, Phthalates and lead.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Buy organic as often as possible. Organic fruits and veggies are free from nasty things and pesticides. If you’re not buying organic try to buy fruits and vegg in season.

Life isn't one straight path. It's filled with curves, road blocks, speed bumps and detours. Take it one step at a time. While the destination is great, the true beauty lies in the journey..

I can't even find strong enough words to properly portray how much Anxiety used to cause me to fear everyday life and social interactions😬. •

I physically, mentally and emotionally was running on empty because I exhausted myself just hiding and making up excuses for not showing up in my own life😥. •

I let myself down, I let others down and my anxiety quickly added depression to my struggles😭. I was tired all the time, so afraid to say yes to anything, horrified when the phone or doorbell would ring just at the thought of having to socialize📣. My life felt impossible🚫. •

Rock bottom was my saving grace🙏. I realized I had a choice: remain the SAME and keep getting the same results OR give kicking anxiety's ass a shot! I made the decision to go ALL IN and ignite full ANXIETY SLAYING MODE🏋️‍♀️. •

Knowledge + Experience = A powerful force to be reckoned with! Not only have I learned to effectively manage my anxiety but I have been able to heal the root causes of so many of my limited beliefs that actually were FUELING my anxiety in the first place🤹‍♀️! •

My next Social Anxiety Success Program starts the first week of March 2019 and I have limited spots available for my 6 week Live Coaching where I teach How to SLAY anxiety, GROW your Confidence and SMASH your goals!!! YOU WANT IN🎉? •

It’s a great morning to be at the gym...especially after 2 days of needed rest. One hour of strength and some cardio. Challenging myself on the pull ups. 35kg first set of 10 tried. Seemed easy so thought I’d jump to 25kg ☺️😉...got 5 in but nope...not quite there yet yet. Let’s get 30kg down to pat first. I love challenging myself though to see if I can do that bit better. It keeps me on my toes and keeps my workout interesting. #breatheinbeautiful #fitness #pullups #gym #workout #depression #mentalhealth #nevergiveup #exercise #challengeyourself.

Effect of exercise on neurodegenerative diseases and mental disorders... ✔

Excercise can make the symptoms less pronounced.. 🧠

Excercise = health(y/ier) + happ(y/ier) ❣

You know that afterworkout feeling? Yep, that's because of serotonin.. 😊

Activities that boost levels of serotonin: ✔ excercising
✔ eating well ✔ smiling
✔sunshine

Excercise increases serotonin levels in the brain. The body realases the chemicals after sustained physical activity. Serotonin is an important neurotransmitter that helps the brain to function.
