Just found this pic in my camera roll and thought I’d share it. I loved how it turned out, with all the lighting in the background and the foreground making such a nice #bokeh effect.
I really love photography and in another life I may have gone to school for, and chosen this as a career path. Who knows, maybe it isn’t too late. 😅
Turning 30 next month has my feelings all in a jumble. I feel like I’m not where I want to be, I want a change but I don’t know where to start. And I also feel like I’m getting old (a few gray hairs have popped up on my head, I keep tweezing them out😓) One thing I hope to focus more on is being grateful for the things I do have. Being ungrateful just makes us bitter and holds us back. Not bragging at all, but I got my first car and home in my early 20’s, plus I have my own business. ( I operate a daycare, if you’re new around here.) It may not be what I want to do for the rest of my life, but I do love my job and I’m grateful to be employed, and have a roof over my head.
I think focusing on what we do have as opposed to what we don’t could quite possibly be the key to happiness. Aiming higher is always a great idea of course, but I’ve found that being thankful for all that God has blessed me with helps to keep me grounded. 🙏🏽
