Ahojte, boli nejaké dotazy k cvikom, k ich správnemu prevedeniu. Tak vám ich sem postupne dám. Toto dvíhanie činky nad hlavou je super cvik a po chvíľke ho budete aj pekne cítiť. Len treba lakeť pekne zafixovat, aby ruka nelietala kade-tade. Môžte to samozrejme cvičiť aj doma, ako aj celý trojmesačný tréningový plán BubbleButt. I had to give a try before head back home ... 📶STAIRS & MED BALL⚫️
Grab a medicine ball and find some stairs for this imagination spurring workout. I went there with a few ideas and came out having done some things I planned to do and a ton of stuff that just came to me on the spot.
2️⃣0️⃣ I used a 20 pound ball and found that this particular stair set up with a little landing between steps was perfect for the things that I wanted to do and really made for a good challenge both for some of the throwing and the lunging movements. The hardest one ended up being the one arm side plank and the last one where I was squeezing a ball between my legs while climbing up and down the sides. Actually almost everything I did was a great challenge and the entire work out left me feeling great but exhausted.
➡️ As always my #FitnessFieldTrips are designed to show possibilities, not to be copied. Much of the stuff is pretty advanced and is the “game day” that I train for each week. However, the concept is wide open and I encourage you to try something along these lines or let it spur your imagination next time do you head out for a fresh air session. ➡️ Full video on my YouTube channel that shows all the moves including some that didn’t make the cut in the world of one minute Instagram videos… 😀

🛡 Pike Up-Down (the closer your elbows are to your toes, the more challenging it will be!)
🛡 Reverse Elbow Plank Knee Drive (do not let your butt touch the ground ever ever ever ever ever! 🔥)
🛡 Barrel-Roll Push-Up (stability through weight-bearing rotation is NOT easy!)
🛡 Slider Circumduction (I saw @marcusfilly do this yesterday and just had to try it!)

📌 These moves are perfect for your weekend workouts coming up, so make sure to save them!

💡 As mentioned above, your shoulders are incredible and wildly complex.
.
They can perform movement in any direction, which is advantageous in and outside of the gym.
.
While working out, our shoulders tend to get worked most through overhead pressing, bench pressing, and lateral raising.
.
These cover vertical extension, horizontal extension, and abduction, which is a good start.
.
(Heck, if you do overhead presses more than once per week, you're already miles ahead! Quite underrated. 👌🏼)
.
But think about all the other actions your shoulders can perform, and think about all the different angles between those three listed above!
.
⚙️ The best way to pre-hab your shoulders from injury is to use them in a variety of ways, at a variety of loads, in a variety of rep/set schemes.
.
I can't tell you how many of my clients come in with past shoulder injuries that came from overworking one specific movement, or never loading any movements at all.
