Fit tip: 
If you are trying to build muscle, make sure to place as much tension on the muscle you are trying to work! Often I see people use momentum or other muscle groups to make up for the lack of strength in a muscle to perform a certain movement. Donโ€™t be that guy/gal! Our bodies have a natural tendency to make a lift easier by spreading the load throughout other muscle groups, but our goal is to challenge the muscle we are trying to build. Therefore, you must work on two things before ever focusing on progressing the weight: form and execution ๐Ÿ’ช

Make conscious decision to improve yourself. Each time you have to make a decision ask yourself if your โ€œfuture selfโ€ would want you making that decision. 
Many times we make decisions with short term gains. Always keep the long terms gains in mind and remember small short term losses make HUGE long term losses.
