Now this...this is something I've tried and failed on several occasions, mainly cause I don't like grocery shopping๐Ÿ˜ฃ and time of course[school, work, internship ๐Ÿ˜ง]!

I've surprsingly done it for the past 2 weeks and I will say it has helped, even though I still don't like grocery shopping. Anywho, Pinterest (@pinterest)  has helped with that though because I've been wanting to try a few of the recipes.

This week, I picked 2 different meals that I can interchange from lunch and dinner and 1 snack; breakfast is more flexible cause I right now I'm sticking to oatmeal(plus, I never have issues with breakfast).

Day 17 - getting up and over the hump was very, very hard today. But I still got it done. All the red for Cardio HIIT this morning.
