So for those ladies that believe that will happen, please reconsider that thought and think about the positive side effects of strength training and why women should consider it more often. - Note: With future slight adjustments to her form like 1)remembering to keep the elbows a few degrees closer to the torso when lowering the weight and 2)not locking the elbows at the highest point she'll be more comfortable with pressing DB's and possibly go 5lbs heavier.
